Why should you choose Ferrara?
Ferrara is a medieval town, situated in Emilia- Romagna province of Italy. Some will say that is quite sleepy because is far from the famous tourist destinations of Italy. Starting from 1240 Este family took the leadership of Ferrara and for a long period of time the destiny of this place was dictated by this family. But a lot of palaces, castles and places represents the inheritance left. The monuments of Ferrara are part of UNESCO Cultural Heritage.
A boost of history, an interesting architecture, not a crowdy place and definetelly a one day trip choice. You can enjoy:

- Palazzo dei Diamanti- with its façade made from diamond shaped rocks
